Commissioning me means you agree with all the contents of the ToS.}

In General

_{● I will have the right to decline the request if it is not aligned with my code of conduct or if the situation was not possible for me to accept the commission request.
● Clear references are a must and provided by the client.
● The output illustrations will be drawn in styles shown in the samples.}

Payment

_{● The due date will be discussed before the payment and illustration process is started.
● Please mention beforehand whether the commission is for commercial use or personal use.
● The basic price is for personal use only.
● Commercial use is 2 times listed price.
● Please pay full payment or down payment 50% after the sketch was approved.
● Current available metode of payment:
∘ International: please check my VGen
∘ Local (Indonesian): Gopay or Bank Transfer (BCA / BNI / Jenius), with conversion 1 USD = 8.000 IDR.
● No refund when the artwork is already finished drawn.
● If due to a sudden situation, I cannot finish the commission, I will contact the client and offer a refund or wait longer. If the client request for refund, the refund amount will be given depends on the progress of the commission work.}

PROCESS

_{● I will send the progress done during sketch, lineart, and base color for revision.
● Major revisions can only be done 2 times on sketching stage.
● The final result will be sent via e-mail or Google Drive link to the client as .jpg and .png files.}

Workflow

● The client may share the finished product on social media but please give proper credit.
● The finished product will included in finished commission portfolio. Please note beforehand if you don't want your commission to be included.
● Please do not alter, reproduce, or resell the art commissioned without prior agreement.
● Please do not use the commission work for anything related to NFT or use them to train AI, even though already using Commercial price.}

Q: Is there any Commercial Price?

A: Yes, there is Commercial Price. There are two kind of Commercial Price: Monetize Price and Commercial Price. For more detail, please check Samples & Pricelist

Q: How far is Minor Revision?

A: Minor revision includes simple changes on the illustration, and doesn't involve on redoing some or whole part of the illustration (ex: changing colors, adding small details, etc.).

Q: How far is Major Revision?

A: Major revision includes changing or redoing some or whole part of the illustration (ex: changing pose; changing expression, changing outfit, changing background, etc.). Please remember you can only do this during the sketch and line-art stage only.

Q: Are you open to other style or another type of commission not in the catalog?

A: Please contact me first, we might be able to discuss it first.

Q: Is it possible to pay the commission payment by instalment?

A: Yes, you can. But it will affect the workflow. Please contact me first regarding this.
